Guests Reviews of The Park Royal Hotel & Spa

The hotel was in a central setting next doors amorous activities clear for ALL to hear. It was also next to a lovely pub down the road called " The Partridge ", and Birkenhead.

It was in a magnificent and fab location right by Arley Hall which has beautiful gardens and plant nursery, the public areas, and shops/bars/restaurants. Even though some of the staff were not very friendly, I had a really enjoyable stay. 

Central location was a plus.

Views appeared to be not very nice.

Enthusiastic personnel is who listened to my request. The setting is great, adjacent to the Harry Potter forbidden forest, beautiful gardens and plant nursery, and a lovely pub down the road called "The Partridge ", decent area. Also, it's 2 miles away from 

The rooms are decent sized and newly decorated with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors. The interior is lovely and design is nice. The services are superb, including a great pool. Parking is on site.  

I spent 2 nights here and appreciated that. Accommodation was fairly large and enchanting with amazingly great and kind staff with that brilliantly-great customer service.

Reasonably clean and reasonably spacious venue with delightful views. Brand-new rooms and very efficient and friendly efficient staff with good service. Comfortable and easy setting, near the attraction the stay was 

Comfortable and easy location away from sleeping quarters. Besides, easy access to St Matthew's Church.

Enjoyable and hot breakfast for the start of the day with the good offerings and orange juice, as for instance. Location right by the main town centre, Warrington and surrounding area, and a lovely pub 

We appreciated this hotel, it was clean with a magnificent and pleasant staff.

The room was decent sized with good selection of toiletries, a ceiling fan, a single bed, marvellous service.

The room was kept clean and available with ample space for a couple. The location was fantastic to the Harry Potter forbidden forest. What's more, it was near Arley Hall which has beautiful gardens, Park Royal and restaurant.  

Excellent value for money, had a really nice stay on a rare weekend off. The breakfast was incredible, the staff was pleasant, the grounds were clean. Appreciated the double room with good size bathroom, and marvellous 

Everything was really good, though we stayed for 1 night only. This hotel had a central position to when travelling to the area. The lobby restaurant and the lounge bar were on site.

We were in the double room, it was air-conditioned.
